Health Foundation Nepal is a charity organization which aims to provide financial support and technical expertise to the hospitals and local organizations, which promote community health, conduct health research and provide health care services in rural and under-served communities of Nepal. It is supporting basic health care services by promoting the concept of community based comprehensive primary health care. Improving the health status of the people in rural communities of Nepal
2. Provide basic health care services to everyone in project communities and ensure that under-served and marginalized members of the community have access to health
3. Reduce the number of children with malnutrition and increase the number of children who complete high school
4. Improve safe drinking water and make provision of proper sanitation for the people in rural communities
5. Ensure that all pregnant women deliver in a health care facility or with a trained professional with at least 4 prenatal visits with the goal of improving the status of maternal and child health in the communities
6. Establish a mechanism to ensure universal access to health care to promote the concept of health as a human right
