Shed The Light Children Home has decided to provide shelter for 10 (Ten) children to our Home who have lost their parents in the disaster, providing them with a safe environment, care, education, and all the support they need to rebuild their lives.

During our recent visit and ground reporting in one of the worst-affected flood areas, we witnessed the heartbreaking reality of people especially children who have tragically lost their parents and loved ones in this disaster.

Due to government protocols and the need to protect the privacy, dignity, and safety of children, we cannot share their photographs or personal identities on social media.

In response to this humanitarian crisis, Shed The Light Children Home has decided to provide shelter for 10 (Ten) children to our Home who have lost their parents in the disaster, providing them with a safe environment, care, education, and all the support they need to rebuild their lives.

Also we are committed to provide free psychological counseling to those children whom we are not able to provide shelter into our children home wherevever they will be, we will provide them with free child counselling and engaged in recreational activites to help them to cope with their trauma which this disaster has impacted in their life.

Let us cultivate their childhood through love, care and heal their hearts, and give them hope to live their life .
