Rotaract Club of Butwal South successfully conducted its 3rd BOD Meeting of RY 2026–27 on 24th September 2026 (Thursday), corresponding to B.S. 2083-06-08, at 7:00 PM via Google Meet. The meeting was chaired by Club President Rtr. Roshni Bhandari. A total of 17 participants attended the meeting, including 15 BOD members and 2 Past Presidents.
The meeting was honored by the gracious presence of Past President Rtr. Amrit Bhusal, Past President Rtn. Sudip Poudel, and Immediate Past President Rtr. Sulove Ghimire. Their valuable presence, experience, and guidance greatly inspired the Board Members and added significance to the meeting.
The meeting commenced with a warm welcome by the Club Secretary, who welcomed all members and guests and invited President Rtr. Roshni Bhandari to chair the meeting. The President officially called the meeting to order. The Welcome Speech was delivered by Club Admin Chair / Sgt. at Arms Rtr. Pritam Adhikari, and the Vote of Thanks was delivered by International Service Chair Rtr. Urmila Sharma Marasini.
The meeting discussed various agendas, including the signature on Akshaya Kosh documents, pending tax clearance and documentation, Dashain–Tihar greetings and celebration, Inter Rotaract Ladies Cricsal Tournament, Joint Twin Fellowship Program, Drawing Competition, Charity Movie Show, and miscellaneous matters.
The meeting was successfully concluded with the active participation of all attending members. The session was conducted by Club Secretary Rtr. Milan G.C. as the Master of Ceremony.
