Rotaract Club of Butwal South organized a Relief Material Collection Campaign to support families affected by the devastating flood in the Bhotekoshi River.
The aim of supporting the affected families, club members collected relief materials at the Rotary Building on Augest 28 (2083/05/12 B.S.) The collected materials were dispatched on Augest 29 (2083/05/13 B.S.) through the Rudragad group.

In Phase I, the club collected slippers, undergarments, clothes, dry food, glucose, medical kits, sanitary pads, diapers, and mats for flood-affected families.

The club sincerely thanks Rtr. Sanjay Bhandari for supporting the Medical Kit and King Fashion Family for supporting the additional clothes.

The entire program was coordinated by Rtr. Robin Ghimire.

Through this small effort, the club aimed to support the flood-affected families during their difficult time.

The Rotaract Club of Butwal South successfully conducted its 586th Regular Meeting & Member Orientation Program on 29 August 2026 (Saturday) at the Rotary Secretariat Building.

The program was facilitated by Rtn.Prof.Dr. Ganesh Prasad Pathak, Past President of Rotary Club of Butwal South, and Rtn. Subin Khadka Past President of Rotaract Club of Butwal South. Past President Rtr. Sudip Paudel and IPP Rtr. Sulove Ghimire were also present as distinguished guests.

The orientation program was specially designed to introduce and educate new members about the Rotaract Movement. The session provided valuable insights into the purpose, values, and opportunities within Rotaract while helping members understand the importance of leadership, networking, and active participation. The program also encouraged new members to develop their leadership skills and build meaningful connections within the Rotaract community.

The program concluded successfully with active participation and meaningful interaction among the members.

Rotaract Club of Butwal South successfully conducted its 2nd BOD Meeting on 26th August 2026 (Wednesday) at 7:15 PM at Pot Black 2.0, Butwal Chauraha. The meeting was chaired by Club President Rtr. Roshni Bhandari. A total of 23 participants attended the meeting, including 16 BOD members and 7 distinguished guests.

The meeting was honored by the gracious presence of Past President Rtr. Nishan Babu Karki, Past President Rtn. Yadav Bhattarai, Past President Rtn. Ritesh Gyawali, Past President Rtr. Krishna Bhusal, Past President Rtn. Subin Khadka & Past President Rtn. Sudip Poudel. Their valuable presence, experience, and guidance greatly inspired the Board Members and added significance to the meeting.
The meeting commenced with a warm welcome by the Club Secretary, who welcomed all members and guests and invited President Rtr. Roshni Bhandari to chair the meeting. The President officially called the meeting to order. The welcome speech was delivered by Club Vice president Rtr. Nabin Khanal and Vote of thanks was delivered by Club Service Chair Rtr. Prabesh Aacharya.

The meeting was successfully concluded with the gracious presence and active participation of all attending members.The session was conducted by Club Secretary Rtr. Milan G.C. as the Master of Ceremony.

UTSAV was a two-day Youth Empowerment Fest organized by Zone IV, Interact District 3292, held on 21st and 22nd August at Oxford School, Sukkhanagar. The Rotaract Club of Butwal South proudly served as the Rotaract Partner and Host for the event.

The fest brought together a huge number of enthusiastic Interactors from across Zone IV, creating a vibrant platform for learning, leadership, inspiration, and meaningful youth engagement. The event featured inspiring keynote sessions by renowned personalities Shakti Gauchan and Prabash Rai, who shared valuable insights and experiences with the young participants.

Adding to the significance of the event, President Rtr. Roshni Bhandari of Rotaract Club of Butwal South was invited as a panelist for the Women Empowerment session, alongside Surakshya Panta and Pranada Dixit. The panel explored themes of women’s leadership, empowerment, confidence, opportunities, and the importance of creating an inclusive environment where young women can lead and thrive.

UTSAV successfully created a powerful space for young minds to connect, learn, exchange ideas, and be inspired to become catalysts for positive change in their communities.
