The Rotaract Club of Tinau City successfully conducted its highly anticipated Official DRR Visit for the Rotary Year 2025-26. The formal meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Club President, Rtr. Bimal Gyawali.

The club was deeply honored to welcome the District leadership, led by the District Rotaract Representative, Rtr. Dinesh Gaire. The significant occasion was further graced by the esteemed presence of:

Meeting Proceedings & Key Discussions
Following the formal call to order by President Rtr. Bimal Gyawali, the meeting was officially initiated by the Club Secretary.

The core of the session focused on a constructive and comprehensive review of the club's administration and performance. DRR Rtr. Dinesh Gaire led a thorough discussion covering several vital areas:

Event & Project Evaluation: A detailed review of the club’s completed programs, service projects, and fellowship activities throughout the tenure.

Club Documentation & Filing: An inspection of the club's physical and digital files to ensure transparency, organization, and adherence to institutional standards.

Reporting Structure: The DRR provided valuable mentorship on enhancing the club's reporting style, emphasizing timely updates, data accuracy, and effective communication channels with the District.

Conclusion
The official visit concluded on a highly positive note. The insights and guidance shared by DRR Rtr. Dinesh Gaire and the visiting District officials provided the Rotaract Club of Tinau City with a clear roadmap to further elevate its administrative efficiency and community impact for the remainder of the Rotary Year.

18th Rotaract District Conference 2026 Successfully Concluded

The 18th Rotaract District Conference (RDC 2026) organized by Rotaract District 3292 Nepal Bhutan was successfully concluded on 08 & 09 May 2026 at Sauraha Sava Hall, Chitwan, with the grand participation of more than 1000 Rotaractors, Rotary leaders, dignitaries, entrepreneurs, social activists, and guests from across Nepal & Bhutan.

The conference was hosted by Rotaract Club of Ratnanagar with proud co-hosting support from Rotaract Club of Tinau City along with several other co-host clubs from the district. Representing RAC Tinau City, club members actively participated throughout the two-day conference, contributing to fellowship, networking, leadership learning, and district-level engagement.

The mega event featured various cultural performances, dance presentations, poem recitals, interactive sessions, and entertainment programs that reflected the creativity, diversity, and unity of Rotaractors throughout the district. One of the major highlights of RDC 2026 was the impactful panel discussion session titled “Yuwa Aba Ko Bato,” focusing on youth leadership, politics, entrepreneurship, opportunities, and the future pathway for young generations.

The conference was further enriched by inspiring keynote sessions from renowned personalities including Radhika Dashi, Surendra Pandey, Saurav Jyoti, and Keshav Nepal. The event was honored by the gracious presence of DRR Rtr. Dinesh Gaire, Rotary District Governor Rtn. Binod Koirala, IPDRR Rtr. Bikram Chhetri, DRRE Rtr. Prakash Sharma, Conference Chair Rtn. Gyanendra Giri, along with various Rotary dignitaries, PDRRs, district officials, club leaders, and distinguished guests.

Another major attraction of the conference was the Election Procedure for DRR 2027/28, where Rtr. Gaurav Subedi from Rotaract Club of Pokhara was successfully elected as District Rotaract Representative (DRR) 2027/28 through a democratic election process.

RDC 2026 concluded successfully with unforgettable memories, strengthened fellowship, meaningful learning experiences, and renewed commitment toward leadership, unity, and Service Above Self by all participating clubs including Rotaract Club of Tinau City.

The Rotaract Club of Tinau City is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding for the Rota Year 2025-26 with the Rotaract Club of Tripureswor and the Rotaract Club of Tulsipur.

Under this “Triangular Twin Club” arrangement, the three clubs have agreed to collaborate across key Avenues of Service, including joint meetings, community programs, professional skill sharing, and cooperative publications, while respecting each club’s independence and integrity.

The MOU was signed by Rtr. Bimal Gyawali, President of RAC Tinau City, and witnessed by Rtr. Dinesh Gaire, DRR; Rtr. Prakash Sharma, DRR-Elect; and Rtr. Prakash Khanal, ADS. The agreement is effective for the Rota Year 2025-26.

The Rotaract Club of Tinau City successfully organized an vibrant Fellowship Outing on 18th Baisakh, 2083, bringing members together at the scenic heights of Nuwakot, Butwal. The event was a perfect blend of relaxation and camaraderie, featuring a lively BBQ and drinks session set against the breathtaking panoramic views of the city. By stepping away from formal duties to "chill" in a social atmosphere, the club effectively strengthened its internal bonds and fostered a spirit of "Unite for Good," leaving everyone refreshed and more connected as a team.
