World Rotaract Week 2026 – Day 7 | Closing Ceremony

The Rotaract Club of Central Rupandehi proudly joins in concluding World Rotaract Week 2026 with a warm and joyful Closing Ceremony & Cake Cutting Celebration, marking the successful completion of a week filled with fellowship, service, and impactful Rotaract activities.

The week began with a Chiya Guff fellowship, followed by various meaningful programs including awareness campaigns, sports activities, and collaborative service initiatives. To celebrate this wonderful journey, a cake-cutting ceremony is being organized at Chiya Restro, Kalikanagar, bringing all Rotaractors together in unity and celebration.

This closing program is a jointly organized celebration of Rotaract Clubs of Zone 18 and Zone 19, reflecting strong collaboration, unity, and fellowship among Rotaractors.

It is proudly organized by Rotaract Club of Butwal Down Town, Rotaract Club of Central Rupandehi, and Rotaract Club of Lumbini Stars, along with Rotaract Club of Tinau Butwal, Rotaract Club of Ksh*tiz International College (KIC), and Rotaract Club of Butwal Chautari.

🏐 Celebrating Fellowship through Sports.

In celebration of World Rotaract Week 2026, the spirit of fellowship and sportsmanship took center stage! We were thrilled to participate in the Friendly Volleyball Match organized by the Rotaract Club of Tilottama Rupandehi.

It was an incredible afternoon of energy, teamwork, and "Uniting for Good" alongside our fellow Rotaractors from across the district.

World Rotaract Week – Day 6 | Traffic Awareness Program 🚦

📍 Venue: Manigram to Traffic Chowk (Multiple Strategic Locations)

On the sixth day of World Rotaract Week 2026, the Rotaract Club of Central Rupandehi proudly joined the highly impactful Traffic Awareness Program conducted under Rotaract District 3292, jointly organized by the Rotaract Club of Butwal Down Town and Rotaract Club of Lumbini Stars, in collaboration with multiple Rotaract clubs and stakeholders.

The main objective of the program was to promote road safety, responsible road usage, and accident prevention awareness among the public. The campaign focused on:
🚦 Proper use of zebra crossings and overhead bridges
🪖 Importance of helmet and safety measures
🚗 Adherence to traffic rules and discipline
⚠️ Awareness on reducing road accidents through behavioral change

The program was effectively executed across different locations including Rajmarg Chauraha, Milanchowk, Bus Park, Yogikuti, Driver Tole, Manigram, and Traffic Chowk, ensuring wide public engagement and outreach.

Around 15 dedicated Rotaractors actively contributed to the success of the program:

The campaign was conducted in strong collaboration with Nepal Prahari Rajmarga Surakshya tatha Traffic Byabsthapan Karyalaya, Butwal, Rupandehi, whose continuous support and coordination played a vital role in ensuring the program’s effectiveness and discipline.

As part of a positive awareness approach, traffic rule violators were gently counseled, and chocolates were distributed by both Police personnel and Rotaractors as a symbolic gesture of friendly learning and awareness.

Closing & Fellowship Moment
At the end of the program, all participants gathered for a warm fellowship over chiya at Chiyawala, strengthening the bond of unity, friendship, and Rotaract spirit beyond service.

On the fifth day of World Rotaract Week, the Rotaract Club of Central Rupandehi proudly joined the energetic Boys CricSal Match, celebrating fellowship, teamwork, and sportsmanship among Rotaractors.

The event was successfully managed by the Rotaract Club of Tinau City and Rotaract Club of Butwal Chautari, with active collaboration from Rotaract Club of Tilottama Rupandehi, KIC, Tinau Butwal, Lumbini Stars, Butwal Chautari, Central Rupandehi, Manigram, and Rammani Multiple College—showcasing strong unity and coordination within the Rotaract family.

The match created a vibrant platform for friendly competition, engagement, and meaningful inter-club bonding, making the evening truly memorable and full of energy.

World Rotaract Week | Day 4 On the fourth day of World Rotaract Week, the Rotaract Club of Central Rupandehi proudly joined forces with the Rotaract family for an high-energy Girls CricSal Match. Held at Lumbini CricSal, Butwal, the event was a vibrant display of sportsmanship and the strong bonds that define our movement.

We were honored to collaborate in this successful event, which was jointly organized and managed by the Rotaract Club of Tinau Butwal and Rotaract Club of Ksh*tiz International College. The match saw incredible unity as we played alongside our partners from the Rotaract Clubs of Butwal Down Town, Lumbini Stars, Butwal South, Manigram, and Tinau City.

Event Highlights:

Empowering Through Education: Menstrual Health & Hygiene Workshop 🌸✨

On the third day of World Rotaract Week, the Rotaract Club of Central Rupandehi was honored to take the lead in organizing a vital Menstrual Health & Hygiene Workshop at Everest English Boarding School.
Recognizing that health and hygiene are cornerstones of a thriving community, we dedicated this day to breaking stigmas and empowering young students with the knowledge they need to navigate personal health with confidence and dignity.

Expert Guidance 🩺
The session was expertly facilitated by Puja Khanal (Nurse, AMDA Hospital). Her insightful presentation covered essential aspects of hygiene management and the importance of fostering a positive, stigma-free dialogue around menstrual health. The students' engagement and curiosity made the session truly impactful.

Rotaract Week – Day 2: Goals, Grit, and Great Fellowship ⚽🔥

As part of the vibrant celebrations for Rotaract Week, the Rotaract Club of Central Rupandehi hit the pitch for an exhilarating Friendly Futsal Match! Held on March 10th at Swarnim Futsal, Yogikuti, the evening was a powerful display of energy, sportsmanship, and the unbreakable bonds of our Rotaract community.
This joint initiative brought together Rotaractors from across the region to celebrate through sport, moving beyond our professional and service roles to connect on the field.
