On dated 8 August 2026, a wonderful “One Cup Tea – Fellowship Program” was successfully organized, bringing together Rotaractors from different Rotaract Clubs for a warm and memorable fellowship.

The program created a beautiful environment for friendship, interaction, networking, and meaningful conversations, proving that sometimes a simple cup of tea and genuine companionship are enough to strengthen bonds.

On dated 8 August 2026, the Rotaract Club of Central Siyari successfully hosted the Zonal Club Officers Training Seminar (ZCOTS) for Zone XVII at Bhairahawa Multiple Campus, bringing together 80+ enthusiastic Rotaractors for an engaging day of leadership, learning, and fellowship.

The program was professionally facilitated by Rtr. Nisha Khatri, Club Secretary of Rotaract Club of Siddharthanagar, as the Master of Ceremonies and was organized under the leadership of ZRR Rtr. Meena Parajuli (RY 2026–27).

The session featured an inspiring welcome address by Rtr. Dhurba Dumre, President of RAC Central Siyari, valuable insights from DFC Rtr. Baburam Khanal (Atit), and an encouraging message from DRR Rtr. Prakash Gaire Sharma.

The interactive training sessions led by Rtr. Rajveer Jaiswal, Rtr. Sunil Giri, Rtr. Aakriti Pandey, Rtr. Anil Bhandari, and Rtr. Samiksha Pandey focused on strengthening leadership, teamwork, administration, and club management skills.

The successful session concluded with a vote of thanks from ZRR Rtr. Meena Parajuli. Heartfelt appreciation to all participating clubs, trainers, Rotaractors, Rtr./Rtn. Dinesh Paudel for the generous sponsorship, and Bouddha Abroad Education Consultancy for their valuable support.

On dated 4th August 2026, Tuesday, the Rotaract Club of Central Siyari actively participated in the District Grant Management Seminar, conducted virtually. The session provided valuable learning on effective grant management, project planning, and sustainable community service.

The seminar was graced by DRR Rtr. Prakash Sharma and facilitated by Rtn. Bishnu Hari Dahal, Chair of the District Membership Committee, along with Rtr. Naveen Rajaure and Rtr. Rohit Dahal, District Grant Management Chairs.

The session highlighted key aspects of grant guidelines, financial accountability, resource allocation, project sustainability, and effective ex*****on, strengthening our capacity to develop impactful and sustainable projects.

Heartfelt gratitude to the District 3292 leadership, facilitators, and organizers for this insightful learning opportunity, and to all participating members for their active involvement.

On dated 2083.04.15, the Rotaract Club of Central Siyari successfully hosted its 112th Regular Meeting & 1st Club Assembly at Homeland Homestay, under the leadership of Rtr. Dhurba Dumre.

The session brought together fellowship, leadership, and meaningful discussions, with inspiring guidance from our ZRR, Rtr. Meena Parajuli, and a warm welcome by Public image Chair Rtr. Deepika Kharel.

Key discussions focused on the club’s vision, mission, goals, annual action plan, budget, and member introduction, setting a strong direction for the year ahead.

The session concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks by Club Admin Rtr. Bijay Tiwari.

📢 111th Regular Meeting Successfully Conducted

The Rotaract Club of Central Siyari successfully conducted its 111th Regular Meeting on 2083/04/09 at Homeland Homestay under the presidentship of Rtr. Dhurba Dumre.

Members actively discussed upcoming plans, activities, and ways to strengthen club engagement for the Rotary Year ahead.

On 2083/04/02, the Rotaract Club of Central Siyari successfully conducted its First Board Meeting for Rotary Year 2026/27 under the presidentship of Rtr. Dhurba Dumre at Homeland Homestay.

The Board Meeting served as a platform for strengthening coordination among the Board Members, reviewing the club’s priorities, and discussing strategic plans for the successful ex*****on of the Rotary Year. Members actively shared their ideas, responsibilities, and commitments to ensure effective leadership, teamwork, and impactful service throughout the year.

The meeting was successfully conducted with the active participation and valuable contributions of all Board Members, making the session productive, interactive, and focused on laying a strong foundation for the year ahead.
