हामीले राजमार्गमा अत्यन्त आक्रामक अवस्थामा रहेको रेबिज संक्रमित (पोजिटिभ) कुकुरको उद्धार गरेका छौँ। यो घटना अत्यन्तै गम्भीर र चिन्ताजनक विषय हो। रेबिज जस्तो घातक रोग समयमै नियन्त्रण नगरेमा भविष्यमा ठूलो जनस्वास्थ्य संकटको कारण बन्न सक्छ।
सम्बन्धित निकाय तथा स्थानीय सरकार लाई यस विषयमा तुरुन्तै सतर्क भई आवश्यक कदम चाल्न हार्दिक अनुरोध गर्दछौँ। सडकमा रहेका छाडा कुकुरहरूको नियमित खोप कार्यक्रम सञ्चालन गर्ने, जनचेतना अभिवृद्धि गर्ने तथा प्रभावकारी व्यवस्थापन गर्न अत्यन्त जरुरी देखिन्छ।
यदि यस्ता घटनालाई समयमै नियन्त्रण गरिएन भने भविष्यमा यसले सर्वसाधारण नागरिकहरूको ज्यान र सुरक्षामा गम्भीर खतरा उत्पन्न गर्न सक्छ। त्यसैले सम्बन्धित स्थानीय निकायले यस विषयलाई उच्च प्राथमिकतामा राखी तत्काल आवश्यक कार्यान्वयन गर्नुपर्ने आवश्यकता छ।
