Created in 2020, Energeia is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering youth through art & educational programs to develop the knowledge, skills & confidence to succeed in every sector of life. Your life is governed by a system of rules and controls that feel arbitrary, but you follow them anyway because you’re told to. You complete tasks like homework and soccer practice, but you never rea
lly work outside of existing frameworks. To create experiences where teens create new frameworks rather than work within them. Energeia has been a dream which aims to create a multi-cultural constituency across socio-economic barriers and to teach each other's languages and youth leadership skills. Our mission is for young people to find and strengthen their individual and collective voices, develop the tools to positively impact their lives, and become leaders and motivated agents of social change. We believe in helping young people channel their growth into substantial social change.
