It helps to identify youth's potentiality, inspire them to think positively towa

rds their effort and empower them accordingly to do something own for their career. In other words, it motivates youth generation to believe in themselves and why they are for their society. It is simply the common ground for all types of youths and therefore it functions as a bridge between experienced, having experience and searching experience group of youths. Furthermore it functions actively as a change maker of society.
