SVSI - Sapana Village Social Impact We are working with a dream to serve and uplift people, alleviate poverty, and empower women. We also provide aids in case of calamities.

The task is huge and SVSI joins forces with the Nepal Government, NGOs and INGOs. SVSI reaches ten thousand people a year with short-term and long-term projects around housing, education, health, environment conservation and entrepreneurship especially in Chitwan area. Projects include building schools, offering scholarships, building homes and providing health camps. A special focus is on the empowerment of women, as they play an essential role in developing communities.

Sapana Village Social Impact is pleased to announce the official inauguration of its essential supplies shop in Chepang Hill. The inauguration is done by the local people, who is also the beneficiaries of the shop, along with the chairperson of SVSI, Dhruba Giri, and programme director Sujan Banset. Although the shop has been operating for the past few months, it was officially inaugurated today, marking another important step in supporting vulnerable Chepang families.
Following a preliminary survey conducted by Sapana Village and recommendations from the local government, the shop is currently serving 75 households by providing essential food items and hygiene supplies at a 50% subsidised rate.
This initiative aims to reduce food shortages, help families meet their basic daily needs, protect them from hunger, and promote better hygiene and healthier living conditions. By making essential supplies more affordable and accessible, Sapana Village is working to ensure that no family is left struggling to meet its most basic needs.
