🎬 FHEN Video Contest – Deadline Extended

To allow additional time for quality participation, the submission deadline for the FHEN Video Contest has been extended.

🗓 New Deadline: 22nd February 2026
Theme: “Safe Consumption Awareness Related to Pesticides”

Participants are encouraged to submit original videos (minimum 1 minute) focusing on safe consumption practices such as proper washing and handling of food, understanding pesticide residues, reading labels, and promoting consumer awareness.

FHEN Video Contest!!!

Theme: “Safe Consumption Awareness Related to Pesticides”

Are you passionate about promoting safe food and healthy consumption practices? This is your chance to raise awareness on pesticide residues in food and encourage safer consumption behaviors through your creativity!

Contest Rules:
• Submit original video content only (photos, poems, or copied content are not allowed).
• Video duration: Minimum 1 minute.
• The video should focus on safe consumption practices related to pesticides, such as washing, handling, choosing safe food, understanding labels, and consumer awareness.
• Winners will be judged based on content quality and reach.

Evaluation Criteria (50% internal):
• Awareness: How effectively the video educates consumers about safe consumption.
• Original Idea: A unique and fresh approach to the topic.
• Creativity: Engaging visuals, storytelling, and overall impact.
• Correct Information: Accuracy of information related to pesticide residues and safe consumption practices.

Fairness & Transparency:
• All videos will be judged fairly based on creativity, originality, awareness, and accuracy.
• Reach will be considered, but content quality will remain the primary criterion for selecting winners.
• Winners will be announced publicly on 15th February,2026

Empowering Consumers, Promoting Safe Food!
Daju Bahini Agriculture Cooperative successfully conducted two days of consumer awareness training on pesticide minimization, safe consumption, and food safety! 🥦🍅
This initiative, supported by Nepal Public Health Foundation (FHEN), is a step towards independent and sustainable efforts by cooperatives to protect consumer health and promote safe farming practices.
