IWDC will work with women and disadvantaged rural people to facilitate a process of empowerment which will give them the skills and knowledge necessary to identify and solve local problems. २०४९ सालमा तत्कालिन आदर्श नारी क्लव, हालको “आदर्श नारी विकास केन्द्र” महिला तथा बालबालिकाहरुको उत्थान तथा विकासका लागि स्थापित एवं क्रियाशिल सामाजिक संस्था हो । यस संस्थाको कार्यक्रमहरु मध्ये पछिल्लो समयमा घरेल

ु हिंसा, मानव बेचबिखन तथा ओसार पसारको जोखिममा परेका तथा प्रभावित महिलाहरु एंव उनीहरुमा आश्रीत बालबालिकाहरुलाई पुनर्स्थापन गरि उनीहरुलाई सीप, सुरक्षा, कानुनी परामर्श र सेवा उपलब्ध गराई सम्मानित र शोषणमुक्त जीवन बाँच्ने अधिकारको सुनिश्चितताका लागि असहाय महिला तथा बालबालिका पुनर्स्थापना केन्द्र “आदर्श गृह” २०६६ वैशाख १ गते देखि संचालनमा रहेको छ ।
