To mark World Cerebral Palsy Day (October 6), we conducted a school health awareness session at Chitwan Secondary School, engaging with Grade 9 students in an interactive and meaningful discussion on cerebral palsy.
Although we couldn’t conduct the session on the actual day, we were glad to make it happen within the same week.
The session was a rewarding experience, with students listening attentively and actively engaging in the discussion.
Adolescents are at a stage where they can understand important health concepts and share what they learn with their families, peers, and wider communities—making them valuable participants in spreading awareness about cerebral palsy and promoting inclusion.
Because awareness is the first step towards understanding, acceptance, and a more inclusive society. 💚
💚 Creating awareness, one conversation at a time.
