"शिक्षामा समान अवसर" कार्यक्रम/अभियान सम नेपाल (Sama Nepal) ले २०७२ सालदेखि सुरु गरेको हो। समुदाय, अभिभावक, विद्यालय र सम्बन्धित पालिकाको साझेदारीमा सञ्चालित यस अभियानमा सम नेपालले जहिले पनि समन्वयकारी भूमिका निर्वाह गर्दछ। हाम्रो मुख्य प्रयास सम्भव भएसम्मको स्रोत साधन जुटाउने र परिचालन गर्ने रहन्छ, जुन अभिभावकहरूको प्रत्यक्ष संलग्नतामा सम्बन्धित विद्यालयबाटै परिचालित हुन्छ।
​यस कार्यक्रम सञ्चालित मुख्य तथा आधार विद्यालयहरूमा समावेशी शिक्षा स्रोत कक्षा, समावेशी शिक्षा स्रोत शिक्षक/शिक्षिका तथा सहायकको विशेष व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। यस प्रक्रियामा विभिन्न सङ्घसंस्था तथा निकायहरू प्रत्यक्ष रूपमा जोडिनुभएको छ।
​"सबै बालबालिका विद्यालय भित्र, सबै स्रोत विद्यालय भित्र, विज्ञ विशेषज्ञ विद्यालय भित्र भए समावेशी शिक्षा सम्भव छ" भन्ने नाराका साथ यो अभियान अघि बढिरहेको छ।
​यसै क्रममा भक्तपुर, ललितपुर, सिन्धुपाल्चोक, नवलपरासी र बाँके जिल्लामा कार्यरत समावेशी स्रोत शिक्षक/शिक्षिकाज्यूहरूले बाँके जिल्लामा भइरहेको समावेशी शिक्षा अभ्यासको अध्ययन भ्रमण गर्नुभयो। सोही क्रममा देउतादिन माध्यमिक विद्यालय, नेपालगञ्ज, बाँके मा खिचिएका केही झलकहरू।
The "Equal Opportunities in Education" campaign was launched by Sama Nepal in 2015. Operating through a partnership between the community, parents, schools, and local municipalities, Sama Nepal consistently plays a coordinating role. We focus on mobilizing all possible resources, which are managed directly through the schools with the active involvement of parents.
​In the core schools where this program is implemented, special arrangements have been made for Inclusive Education Resource Classes, including dedicated resource teachers and assistants. Various organizations and agencies are directly partnered in this process.
​Our mission moves forward with the motto: "Inclusive education is possible only when all children, all resources, and all experts are within the school."
​Recently, Inclusive Resource Teachers from Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Sindhupalchowk, Nawalparasi, and Banke conducted a study visit to observe inclusive education practices in Banke district. Here are some glimpses from Deutadin Secondary School, Nepalgunj, Banke. 🙏

सम नेपाल र सहयात्री नेपालको साझेदारीमा सुरु गरिएको श्री वाल्मीकि माध्यमिक विद्यालय, बर्दघाट, नवलपरासीमा "शिक्षामा समान अवसर" कार्यक्रमको परिचयात्मक तथा उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम सम्पन्न भएपश्चात् कार्यक्रम अत्यन्तै उत्साहजनक रूपमा अगाडि बढिरहेको छ। स्थानीय सरकारले लिएको अपनत्व र अभिभावकत्वका लागि हार्दिक धन्यवाद दिन चाहन्छौँ। समावेशी शिक्षा स्रोत शिक्षिका तथा सहायकहरूसँगसँगै सम्पूर्ण विद्यालय परिवारको अत्यन्तै सकारात्मक प्रयत्नबाट यो कार्यक्रम अगाडि बढिरहेकोमा हामी सम्पूर्णलाई विशेष धन्यवाद दिन चाहन्छौँ।

We are delighted to introduce the Inclusive Education Resource/Readiness Class (IERC), a special initiative that has been successfully operating for the past six years through the collaboration between Sama Nepal and SUVI School. In this partnership, Sama Nepal takes the lead in coordinating and sharing the overall vision for implementing inclusive education, while SUVI School focuses on mobilizing its own resources and directly implementing the service. This effective model includes comprehensive assessments for children and tailored support for parents, both delivered by a dedicated multidisciplinary team. Furthermore, we actively encourage parents and children to participate in and observe our regular mainstream classes, enabling families to confidently engage with and approach mainstream schools in their nearby locations. Currently, school is accepting 10 to 12 children per month into this special service, an initiative that is making a significant and direct impact on advancing the implementation of inclusive education. ​समावेशी शिक्षा स्रोत/तयारी कक्षा (IERC) को परिचय, जुन सम नेपाल र सुभी स्कुल बीचको सहकार्य मार्फत विगत छ वर्षदेखि सफलतापूर्वक सञ्चालन भइरहेको एक विशेष पहल हो। समावेशी शिक्षा कार्यान्वयनका लागि समग्र समन्वय र दृष्टिकोण साझा गर्ने नेतृत्व सम नेपालले लिन्छ भने, सुभी स्कुलले आफ्नै स्रोतहरू परिचालन गरी सेवालाई कार्यान्वयन गर्ने गर्दछ। यो प्रभावकारी ढाँचामा बालबालिकाको विस्तृत लेखा जोखा र अभिभावकहरूका लागि विशेष सहयोग समावेश छन्, जुन एक समर्पित बहु-विषयगत टोलीद्वारा प्रदान गरिन्छ। यसका साथै, अभिभावक र बालबालिकाहरूलाई विद्यालयका नियमित मूलधारका कक्षाहरूमा सहभागी हुन र अवलोकन गर्न प्रोत्साहित गरिन्छ, जसले गर्दा परिवारहरूले आफ्नो घर नजिकै रहेका मूलधारका विद्यालयहरूसँग आत्मविश्वासका साथ संलग्न हुन र सम्पर्क गर्न सक्छन्। हाल, हामी प्रति महिना १० देखि १२ जना बालबालिकालाई यो विशेष सेवा प्रधान गर्न सक्छौं। यो पहलले समावेशी शिक्षाको कार्यान्वयनलाई अगाडि बढाउन प्रत्यक्ष र महत्त्वपूर्ण प्रभाव पारिरहेको विश्वास गर्दछौँ। थप जानकारीका लागि, कृपया सम नेपाल वा सुभी स्कुलमध्ये कुनै एक संस्थासँग सिधै सम्पर्क गर्न अनुरोध गर्दछौँ।🙏

Great review meeting with inclusive education teachers representing Banke, Bhaktapur, Sindhupalchock, and Lalitpur districts. We explored some engaging games and discussed how to further enhance inclusive education practices. So much to learn from each other!
