Healing Together: Mental Wellness in Uncertain Times.
In recent weeks, Nepal has faced a series of events that have deeply affected the emotional and mental well-being of its peopleтАФespecially the youth. From the Gen Z protest that stirred strong social and political emotions, to the ongoing political uncertainty and two days of continuous heavy rainfall that caused disruptions and fear, many individuals are experiencing emotional fatigue, anxiety, and a sense of instability.

These circumstances have not only tested peopleтАЩs resilience but have also highlighted the urgent need for open conversations about mental health and collective healing. Recognizing this, Lions Club of Kabhre Banepa is organizing an online session titled тАЬHealing Together: Mental Wellness in Uncertain Times.тАЭ This online session aims to provide a safe and compassionate space for participants to pause, reflect, and learn healthy ways to care for their mental and emotional health in times of unpredictability.
