१. ‘Social Worker of the Year Awards’ के हो?
‘Social Worker of the Year Awards’ ऐना फाउन्डेशनको एक प्रतिष्ठित पहल हो, जसको उद्देश्य राष्ट्रिय तथा अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय स्तरमा सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताको पेशागत पहिचान, सम्मान र सामाजिक सुरक्षा प्रणालीलाई सुदृढ बनाउने एउटा महत्त्वपूर्ण कदम हो। यस कार्यक्रममार्फत सामाजिक कार्यलाई मर्यादित, जिम्मेवार र प्रभावकारी पेशाका रूपमा स्थापित गर्दै आफ्नो क्षेत्रमा उल्लेखनीय योगदान पुर्‍याएका प्रेरणादायी सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताहरूलाई सम्मान गरिनेछ।
२. कस्ता व्यक्तिलाई मनोनयन गर्न सकिन्छ?
सामाजिक कार्य (Social Work) विषय अध्ययन गरेका वा सामाजिक कार्यको क्षेत्रमा सक्रिय रही आफ्नो समुदाय वा कार्यक्षेत्रमा सकारात्मक प्रभाव सिर्जना गरेका कुनै पनि नेपाली सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता मनोनयनका लागि योग्य हुनेछन्। नेपालका नागरिक वा नेपालमा कार्यरत सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताहरूले पनि यस कार्यक्रममा सहभागिता जनाउन सक्नेछन्।
३. विजेताहरू कसरी छनोट गरिन्छन्?
मनोनयनबाट प्राप्त आवेदन तथा ऐना फाउन्डेशनका जुरी सदस्यहरूले सिफारिस गरेका उम्मेदवारहरूको उपलब्धि, नेतृत्व क्षमता, नवप्रवर्तन र समाजमा पारेको प्रभावका आधारमा मूल्याङ्कन गरिनेछ।
प्रारम्भिक चरणमा जुरी समितिले उत्कृष्ट २० जनाको छोटो सूची (Shortlist) तयार गर्नेछ। त्यसपछि स्वतन्त्र तथा प्रतिष्ठित व्यक्तिहरू सम्मिलित निर्णायक समितिले निर्धारित मापदण्डका आधारमा अन्तिम ९ जना सामाजिक कार्यकर्तालाई ‘Social Worker of the Year Awards’ का लागि छनोट गर्नेछ।
४. यदि छनोट भएका व्यक्तिले पुरस्कार स्वीकार गर्न अस्वीकार गरे के हुन्छ?
यदि अन्तिम सूचीमा परेका कुनै व्यक्तिले व्यक्तिगत वा अन्य कारणले सम्मान स्वीकार गर्न अस्वीकार गरेमा निर्णायक समितिले तयार गरेको वैकल्पिक सूचीबाट क्रमशः अर्को योग्य उम्मेदवारलाई अन्तिम सूचीमा समावेश गरिनेछ।
५. के म आफैँलाई मनोनयन गर्न सक्छु?
अवश्य। यदि तपाईं आफूलाई यस सम्मानका लागि योग्य ठान्नुहुन्छ भने स्व–मनोनयन (Self Nomination) गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ। साथै, कुनै पनि व्यक्तिले आफूले चिनेका योग्य सामाजिक कार्यकर्तालाई पनि मनोनयन गर्न सक्नेछन्।
६. मनोनयन दर्ताको अन्तिम मिति कहिले हो?
मनोनयन दर्ता गर्ने अन्तिम मिति १५ भदौ २०८३ सम्म तोकिएको छ।
७. मनोनयन गर्न कुनै शुल्क लाग्छ?
लाग्दैन। ‘Social Worker of the Year Awards’ का लागि मनोनयन गर्न कुनै पनि प्रकारको शुल्क लाग्ने छैन।
८. के एकभन्दा बढी सामाजिक कार्यकर्तालाई मनोनयन गर्न सकिन्छ?
सकिन्छ। एक व्यक्तिले बढीमा तीन जना सामाजिक कार्यकर्तालाई मनोनयन गर्न सक्नेछन्।
९. मनोनयनमा परेका उम्मेदवारहरूले जानकारी कसरी पाउँछन्?
आवश्यक परेमा ऐना फाउन्डेशनले मनोनयनमा परेका उम्मेदवारसँग थप जानकारीका लागि प्रत्यक्ष सम्पर्क गर्नेछ। अन्तिम रूपमा छनोट भएका सामाजिक कार्यकर्तासँग प्रोफाइल तयार गर्न सम्पर्क गरिनेछ। त्यसपछि विजेताहरूको आधिकारिक घोषणा ऐना फाउन्डेशनको वेबसाइट तथा सामाजिक सञ्जालमार्फत सार्वजनिक गरिनेछ।
१०. यस कार्यक्रमबारे थप जानकारी कहाँ पाउन सकिन्छ?
