Ambassador Jali Susso 2025 Gender Cup Winner at the 2026 The HeforShe Music Movement First Training Cohort of Gambian Creatives on sexual and gender based violence and positive masculinity has an EXCLUSIVE module on “CAREER GUIDANCE & COUNSELING” presented by our garrulous project Co-Founder and CEO Ambassador D Jobz (Baddest Manager) and he did extremely well in his presentation.

Now, it all ended up with joy and laughter, self evaluations and honest conversations where the understanding of the participants were gauged and perspectives given. The Movement will be organizing the second phase of this very important training soon and those creatives who were left will surely be part of it.

After concluding the Movement’s 2-day training on sexual and gender based violence & positive masculinity in partnership with Fantanka; our outspoken CEO Ambassador D Jobz gives his overview statement about the training and the stance of the Movement for Gambia’s female thespians.

He also reiterated that private, government and donor organizations should augment the the movement for availability of more funds for the movement so that such trainings could be organized so often.

He also urged the Gambia’s creative industries male thespians to be HeforShe activists for female thespians and accommodate them on the scale of career advancement.
