Through one-on-one coaching, open interviews, and community-building activities and workshops, we help people build trust, networks, and confidence. Our experience shows that when people are met with warmth, curiosity, and respect, they are empowered to show who they are – not just what they lack.

Mat, mĂžter og mening! ❀

Our pizza og prat this month is taking part in the very first Norway Welcome Week! 🇳🇮
From 21–27 September, communities across Norway are opening their doors and inviting people to discover something new, meet people, and get involved.
As part of the week, we’re hosting pizza og prat on 24. september at Recruit Refugees Modum in Vikersund!
Come join us for Pizza og Prat, Recruit Refugees’ monthly social gathering where internationals and Norwegians meet over pizza, games, laughter and conversation.
Whether you’re new to the area in or around modum, or you’ve been around for years, we’d love to have you join us.

King Harald’s V influence will continue far beyond this moment. He has meant so much for so many, and for those of us with roots outside of norway, King Harold made it easier for more of us to feel seen and feel a sense of belonging in Norway. In a world often so divided, he was one of the few that represented “alle.” Thank you for that King Harald V. The world may feel the heaviness of your passing today, but our hope is that your words, and kindness you gave so many will live on in the way we choose to treat one another. Thank you for reminding us all that there is room for all of us here. Rest in peace King Harald V.
