The Indian Family in Trondheim (IFiT) invites you to celebrate Diwali 2025 – a day of joy, lights, culture, food, and togetherness. 🌍💃

Program Agenda:
12:45 – 13:15: Registration (collect your food coupons), & Networking
13:15 – 13:30: Welcome and Annual General Meeting
13:30 – 15:00: Cultural Activities
15:00 – 15:10: Word of Thanks
15:10 – 16:30: Food
16:30 – 17:00: Dance for Everyone
17:00 – 17:30: Cleaning/packing up
This is an open event – all nationalities are welcome! 🎉 Bring your family & friends and join us as we light up Trondheim with performances, delicious food, and community spirit. 💫

EVENT FEES (2025):
👨👩👧 Adults: 200 NOK
👧 Children (5–12 yrs): 100 NOK
🍼 Kids under 5 yrs: Free
On-the-spot registration: Adults 250 NOK | Kids 100 NOK
Food coupons are not guaranteed for on-spot registrations.
📌 Performers whose entries are selected for the program will receive a 50% refund on their ticket fee on the day of the event. Please note, we can host a maximum of 15 performances this year, and the final list will be confirmed by IFiT board before 10 th October.
👉 Registration deadline: 15th October 2025 (or earlier if seats are full – hall capacity is 300).
🔄 Refund Policy: Cancellations allowed until 10th October 2025. After that, tickets are non-refundable.
📸 By joining, you agree that photos/videos from the event may be used by IFiT for community promotion.
