Demo for Palestine

🕛12:00
🌏Rådhuset, Romsa Tromsø
Join us to demonstration for Palestine on Saturday 27.6.2026 kl 12:00 at Rådhuset, Tromsø
Come with us to show solidarity with Palestine and to stand against Israel!
The United Nations has just concluded that Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians. At the same time, we are learning that the first tourist flights from Israel to Tromsø have landed, even though Tromsø has been a friendship city of Gaza for more than 25 years. This is against all of our values.
We have known about this genocide for many decades before today; we have witnessed it, at the very least, through the screens of our phones.
Come with us to express that we do not accept citizens of a state carrying out genocide in Tromsø.
Human rights and equality are important values in Tromsø, and it is self-evident that states that violate these values, and their citizens, are not welcome here.
Every person's presence and every voice matters now more than ever. See you on Saturday in front of the City Hall!
P.S. The poster's graphics are a statement against the current AI boom, which is why it is handwritten and uses a real background image.
