📍 Our 3rd TPM for the POMEIL project took place in Pärnu, Estonia, on March 12, 2026!

🤝 During this in-person meeting, the consortium had the opportunity to discuss the current progress of the project, exchange ideas, and plan the final steps toward its successful completion.

✨ Something exciting is coming to life in the POMEIL project. ✨

We’re in the final stage of developing the POMEIL Guidebook — and right now, we’re polishing the digital escape rooms that will become the starting point for teachers, trainers, mentors, and self-learners.

These escape rooms aren’t just games. They work as entry assessments, helping learners understand their strengths and next steps, and helping educators see how to guide them further.

The guidebook brings everything together:
how the escape rooms connect to the competence map, how to read the results, and how to move learners toward the right tools, activities, and curriculum modules — clearly, practically, and with confidence.

This spring, we’re excited to share a guidebook made to be used in real life — by trainers, entrepreneurs, students, and especially mentors supporting people on their journey into the business world and international society.

We’re almost there — and we can’t wait to share it with you. 💙
