KEFFIYEH/MADE IN CHINA by Dalia Taha
Funny, furious, and deeply humane. Keffiyeh / Made in China catapults us into the everyday of the West Bank — where parents, lovers, siblings, and friends try to live ordinary lives under the weight of Israeli occupation. They argue, desire, mourn, and survive. Refusing both victimhood and heroism, Dalia Taha’s sharp, satirical vignettes crack open the intimate to reveal the big politics living inside it.

During the reading we will present four film artworks, that emerge from Jenin Refugee Camp and journeying across Palestine. Our images emerge not as documentation, but as resonance. They do not narrate; they contemplate. They do not explain; they ask. Summoning you into the role of Witness.

TALK WITH ARTISTS ON THE FRONTLINE
Ahmed Tobasi from Jenin Refugee Camp and Mohammad Abdalla from Silwad Refugee Camp, together with director Zoe Lafferty, share how they are working across theatre, virtual reality, and new prototypes — in the face of censorship, displacement, and restriction. The conversation is moderated by artists Motaz Habbash and Vibeke Harper.
