Kong Harald er død
Kongen døde på Rikshospitalet fredag klokken 06.35, etter å ha vært innlagt med en blodsykdom i over en uke.
«Det er med dyp sorg vi meddeler at Hans Majestet Kong Harald i dag gikk bort.»
Det står på kongehusets nettsider.
Kong Harald var Norges konge i 35 år, etter å ha tatt over etter sin far, kong Olav, i 1991.
Slik blir han husket
Kong Harald ble beskrevet som varm, raus, humoristisk og omsorgsfull.
Kongen var opptatt av å møte folk i hele landet, og besøkte hele 353 av landets 357 kommuner. Han hadde lagt planer for offisielle besøk til de siste fire i høst.

International Organization foar Democracy and Human Rights - IODHR Norway enthusiastically welcomes the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between Romania, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein, for the period 2021-2028.
