PerleNoire is a charitable organisajon initiated to provide a future for children in Congo, who are victims of the harsh realities of the area they live, the outcast , orphaned or disabled. Children are the key to the future . It is important that we give them a chance to change it through education. This is PerleNoire - Black Beads. After many years of exploitation of natural resources and war th
e social institutions of the Congo have collapsed . The weakest children get no help. The only hope for them to get out of a life of poverty and crime is through education. But Congo has no resources to take care of them , and without financial help or guiding parents have only mercy for them. It is mainly girls who are hardest hit in the Congo , and without parents, schooling or protective homes, they are the most vulnerable group. Many people become unwilling mothers at a young age and are poorly placed to even be able to help their own children later in life . The organization PerleNoire made a deal with the school in Katudu for help with homework and monitoring outside school for such children . The aim is to develop and disseminate model of school aid for poor children in other areas. PerleNoire is founded and managed by Jessica Kiil and Jean Paul Mushosi , both born and raised in Congo. The organization is strengthened by many volunteer helpers and enthusiasts.
