We had the pleasure, this year again, of joining the festival and to celebrate Palestinian culture, resistance and community!

So many of you signed our petitions, and we are very grateful. Each signature counts.

If you missed the event, it is still possible to sign on Amnesty’s website, and support :

- Ayman Bani Owda, a Palestinian human rights defender and social worker who has been detained by Israeli forces without charge or trial

- Dr Hussam Abu Safiya, a Palestinian paediatrician and director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, whom was detained after Israeli forces raided the hospital in December 2024

- Saleh Diab and his family, who are at risk of forced eviction from their home in East Jerusalem

Many thanks to the organisers of the event for such a beautiful moment of solidarity and hope!

"It is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness."✊
