Many people think that meditation sounds difficult, complicated, and something they will never be able to do. Some may think, “I have too many thoughts to be able to meditate.” With Acem-Meditation, anyone can learn to meditate, and the method is simple:
Repeat your meditation sound silently within youreself with a free mental attitude, and let thoughts come and go. If you forget to repeat the meditation sound, lose track of it, or fall asleep, that’s perfectly fine. When you become aware of it, simply start repeating the meditation sound again.
What is important about the meditation sound is not primarily whether it is repeated quickly, slowly, or at a medium pace, as long as it is repeated with free mental attitude. Free mental attitude is a form of attention, but also a subtle inner attitude that creates openness to what is moving within the mind. It is often described as a free mental attitude or an inclusive awareness.
To cultivate a free mental attitude, the repetition should be effortless, without concentration or pressure. With a free mental attitude, one should not try to achieve anything, nor try to get away from anything, but rather be present with whatever is in the mind from moment to moment
