The legendary City Tour is back! 🥳
Join us this Friday or Sunday, August 7th or 9th, for a city tour through Oslo to show you the main sights of the city!

Join any of the 5 turns. The only difference between them is the day and timeframe of the tour (except Tour 5, which will start at the opera) everything else is the same.

Welcome to Oslo! 🐯

A new semester means new events and trips, and we in ESN Oslo are ready to start the semester with you guys! ✨

Here is a sketch of the upcoming events we have planned for the first weeks of your adventure in Oslo. More info, including signups, is coming very soon so remember to follow us and to join the WhatsApp group chat (link in the bio).

We have prepared many hikes, outdoor activities and social events for you to meet new people, as well as a city tour, where we will show you around the city centre, all the best places to see, party, eat, and gain new experiences!🕺🏻

Also, everyone is welcome to join our big info meeting and our volunteer meeting this month- to learn more about Oslo, our organisation, what we do, and our events.❤️

Furthermore some more fun activities lime mountain hikes, squid games, canoe trips, international dinners and so much more are awaiting you in the future!

We will also organize a Murder Mystery, where you will be split into groups and have to figure out who the culprit of the horrifying crime was! 😱

Health and wellbeing of international exchange students 🧠

📚My Masters thesis is about health and wellbeing of international exchange students in Norway. I hope to map the key factors involved in your wellbeing, mental and physical health while in Norway. My research project aims to identify problem areas so that targetted measures can be implemented for the current and future students in Oslo and Norway.

ESN Social Run 🏃‍♀️

Want to participate in a refreshing activity and meet new people who like to be active?
Then come and join us today for a Social Run!

📍 Kiwi Kringsja
🥾 Distance: 3.3km

We will warm up and start running at ca 17:40 and will jog one round around the lake, which is around 3.3km at a nice conversational pace for about 20-25 minutes.

In addition:
Simultaneously, some people from our ESN Holmenkollstafetten-Team will run a 3.3km time trial, so anyone is welcome to join the trial as well.

Join us this Friday, to a guided tour of the Freia Chocolate Factory, where we will get to learn more about one of Norway’s most beloved chocolate brands. 🍫

You will get the chance to learn about their history, to see how the chocolate is made and even get the opportunity to mold your own chocolate! 😋

Afternoon Picnic & Games 🧺🏐

Want to take in the sun and enjoy a fun and chill evening? Then join us this Tuesday for a picnic! There will be games to play together.

You may flex your volleyball, Kuba (Norwegian game), frisbee or badminton skills or play some card games. We will bring Uno, but feel free to also bring any game you would like to play!

Easter Egg Hunt & Island Picnic 🧺

Join us Monday, April the 6th, for a festive picnic on Hovedøya as well as a fun Easter egg hunt and some games.🐇✨

During the egg hunt you will have the chance to find some chocolates and win some big Easter eggs as well!🥚🍫

After the egg hunt, we’ll enjoy a picnic together by the beach. We will bring and play volleyball, frisbee, kubb, badminton and card games. 🏐🥏

We will provide snacks, but feel free to bring your own.

Easter Cabin Hike 2☀️🐇

We plan to visit some of the best spots and viewpoints in Nordmarka.🌲
This will be a new path, with new viewpoints and a cabin that we haven’t visited before. We plan to finish with a sunset from one of the viewpoints. 🌄
