Our Freia Tour is back! (registration opens today at 12:00, ESNcard holders only)

Join us on Tuesday, October 13th, for a guided tour in the Freia Chocolate Factory, one of Norway’s most beloved chocolate producers. 🍫

You will get the chance to learn about their history, see how their chocolate is made and even have the opportunity to mold your own chocolate! 😋

Join us this Sunday, October 4th, for a Hike in Østmarka National Park! 🌄

We’ll see the highlights of Norway’s youngest national park with the possibility to pass by a viewing tower, and maybe have the chance to canoe. 🛶

We will meet at 10:00 at the Kiwi by Ullevål Stadion T-Bane. It is important to be there on time so we can depart all together. 🚌

Then join us this Thursday, October 1st, for the big Language Café! 🇳🇴🇩🇪🇬🇧🇪🇸🇵🇹🇮🇹

You will have the opportunity to practice Norwegian at different levels, as well as other languages of your choice, in a relaxed and informal setting.✨

To help you socialize, you can play fun games, use learning materials, have snacks, as well as coffee and tea. ☕️

Italian Culture Night 🌎🗣️ (open for everyone)

Curious about Italian culture, food and music? Come join us for a cosy evening where we’ll go on a journey through snacks, videos, music, fun facts and a movie! 🌍🎬

We’ll spend the first part of the evening hanging out, trying different homemade treats, watching videos and listening to the highlights of Italian music.

After that, we’ll settle in for a movie night and watch the most sold Italian comedy "Quo vado? ", which portrays the culture through its exaggeration of Italian stereotypes. 🇮🇹🎬

How will the evening look?

19:00–21:00 — Movie night 🎬

Run for Coffee 🏃‍♀️☕️

Want to participate in a refreshing activity and meet new people who like to be active? Then come and join us for our second Social Run this semester!

We will warm up and start running at ca 17:10 and will jog from Sognsvann to Eckers Ullevål where we will finish our run with a warm cup of coffee (at your own expense). ☕️

PowerPoint Karaoke is a game where you’re given a short Presentation with a few slides you haven’t seen before - and your task is to present it on the spot! The goal is to improvise, be creative, and, most importantly, have fun! 🧠✨
