Do you admire the unique art style from the Arcane series? Do you wish you could step into that universe yourself, but don’t know where to start? Then Blair has THE perfect panel for YOU!

In this panel, Blair will be talking about the show’s signature make-up and weathering style. Having worked with Arcane’s-inspired designs since 2021, she’s gathered plenty of experience and tips and tricks to help you become your character. From shading to contouring and smaller details, you’ll learn how to bring your Arcane character to life.

Among some of the characters she will be focusing on throughout her panel are Jinx, Powder, Caitlyn and Vi, covering their wigs, make-up and outfits.

Whether you’re a longtime fan of Arcane, or simply interested in learning how to recreate its iconic style, this is a panel you don’t want to miss!

An idol competition needs a host who can keep the excitement high and the audience cheering from start to finish! That’s why we’re excited to introduce Himedere Cosplay as the host of this year’s MagicOn Idol Stage Competition!

You might already know her as an active member of the Norwegian cosplay community, where she has participated as a cosplayer, convention organizer, panelist, judge, and host for more than 10 years!
Her love of idols has been a huge part of her cosplay journey, leading to countless friendships, experiences, and unforgettable moments within the community.

Now she’s returning to Magicon Vanguard and can’t wait to watch the contestants shine on stage. While hyping up both the performers and the crowd along the way!

Forget the duels, the honour codes, and the cinematic last stands!
The reality of samurai life under the Tokugawa shogunate was something far stranger: centuries of enforced peace, mountains of paperwork, and a warrior class slowly being reinvented as bureaucrats.

This panel really cuts through the myth (pun intended).
A representative of the Japanese Embassy takes us through everything from laws for Military Households to the question of how a society built around warriors functions when there is no one left to fight. Come for the samurai. Stay for the bureaucracy!

Are you still using PLA for all your 3D printed cosplay parts? Maybe it’s time to step up your printing game!

Frostylva is a seasoned cosplay veteran who started dabbling with 3D printing a decade ago, and fell completely in love with it. Frostylva has hosted lectures about 3D printing for cosplay at conventions both in Norway and abroad, and her skill and knowledge has also been recognized by professionals in the industry.

Learn how to choose the right material for your project, how to work with "challenging" materials such as TPU or ABS, embrace brains over brawn for post processing - why use brute strength, when chemistry does it better? And last, but not least - dive into multi material techniques!

This panel is aimed at those who already have experience with 3D printing technology and will not cover the basics.

Struggling to find the RIGHT kind of paint for your dream project? Don’t worry, Rerenga is here to save the day!

Armor doesn’t always need fire and anvils. Paint can feel like magic, bringing your project to life in spectacular ways. In this panel, you’ll learn how to find and apply the right paint job for your project: From understanding different materials and essential prep work to exploring which techniques work best for different finishes. Shiny? Rugged? Battle-worn? Anything goes.

Rerenga will also go through how to weather and finish your paint job so that your armor and props can truly feel alive with depth and realism. By the end of the panel, you’ll have plenty of tips and tricks to help you with your ambitions - whether you’re aiming for factory-fresh or fresh-off-the-battlefield.

And most importantly: It’ll look intentional…and not like the paint fought back!
