❤️ Behind Every Door Is a Human Story That Breaks Your Heart ❤️

On May 9th, together with our amazing partner Nordic Tropical Resortwe once again visited a center for single adults living with HIV/AIDS, where 30 people are now struggling through everyday life — many completely alone in the world.

This is a place Child Care Thailandhas supported for many years. Yet no matter how many times we visit, we are never prepared for the emotions that meet us when we arrive. 💔

Together with Nordic Tropical Resort, we arrived with 4 cars filled with food, essential supplies, and equipment based on a wishlist we received beforehand.
This time we purchased supplies worth an incredible 100,000 THB. 🙏

When we arrived, the leader Khun Pornsawan and the residents were waiting to welcome us. Several already had tears in their eyes before we even started unloading the cars.
They helped carry the bags inside, but it was not only the food that touched them…
It was the feeling of not being forgotten.
That someone cares.
That someone actually comes. ❤️

For many of them, these are some of the very few days each year when they truly feel warmth, compassion, and hope.
And when you see the gratitude in their eyes up close, it is impossible not to be deeply moved yourself.
Behind every shopping bag is a human being.
A life.
A story.
A hope of being seen. ❤️

We share this because we want more people to understand how much both small and large contributions truly mean.
It is not only about food and supplies — it is about human dignity, compassion, and giving people strength to keep going a little longer.
All receipts from our purchases are, of course, carefully saved and documented.
Transparency is very important to us, so everyone who supports us can see that every single donation goes exactly where it should. 🙏

❤️ FROM SHOPPING CARTS TO HEARTS ❤️

On May 8th, 2026, we once again visited the Take Care Kids orphanage together with our amazing partner Tropical Resort — and it became a day we will never forget 💛
When we arrived, 27 children were standing there waiting for us with smiles, laughter, and eyes full of excitement ❤️

Moments like these touch the heart deeply.
This time we arrived with cars filled with essential supplies, pizza, and soft drinks 🍕🥤

Thanks to the support from so many wonderful people, we were able to purchase supplies worth around 100,000 THB (approximately 30,000 NOK).
The shopping carts were filled with food, hygiene products, cleaning supplies, paper goods, and many other necessities from the orphanage’s own wishlist 🙏
The photos only show a small part of the purchases — but for the children, this means safety, warm meals, and the feeling that someone truly cares 💛
For us at Child Care Thailand, transparency is extremely important.
That is why we also share photos of the purchases and receipts, so everyone supporting us can see that the help goes directly to the children ❤️
We are a small organization, but together with all of you we create real hope for children who need it the most 🙏

❤️ FRA OMSORG TIL HÅP/ From care to hope ❤️

9. mai besøkte vi igjen Glory Hut Foundation sammen med vår fantastiske samarbeidspartner Nordic Tropical Resort, et senter for enslige voksne med hiv/aids, hvor 30 mennesker nå kjemper seg gjennom hverdagen – mange helt alene i livet.
Care Thailand har støttet de gjennom mange år. Likevel blir vi aldri forberedt på følelsene som møter oss når vi kommer dit.

Sammen med Nordic Tropical Resort rullet vi inn med 4 biler fulle av mat, nødvendige varer og utstyr etter ønskeliste vi mottok på forhånd.
Denne gangen handlet vi inn for hele 100.000 THB. (30.000 kr)

Da vi kom frem stod lederen Khun Pornsawan og beboerne klare for å møte oss. Flere hadde tårer i øynene allerede før vi begynte å losse bilene.

De hjalp til med å bære inn posene, men det var ikke maten alene som rørte dem …
Det var følelsen av å ikke være glemt.
At noen bryr seg.
At noen faktisk kommer.

For mange av dem er dette noen av de få dagene i året hvor de kjenner ekte omsorg, varme og håp.
Og når man ser takknemligheten i øynene deres på nært hold, er det umulig å ikke bli rørt selv.

Bak hver handlepose finnes et menneske.
Et liv.
En historie.
Et håp om å bli sett. ❤️

Vi deler dette fordi vi ønsker at flere skal forstå hvor mye både små og store bidrag faktisk betyr.
Det handler ikke bare om mat og utstyr – det handler om menneskeverd, nærhet og det å gi mennesker styrke til å holde ut litt til.
Alle kvitteringer fra handelen blir selvfølgelig tatt vare på og dokumentert.
For oss er åpenhet viktig, slik at alle som støtter oss kan se at hver eneste krone går dit den skal. 🙏

8. mai 2026 besøkte vi igjen barnehjemmet Take Care Kids Onlus sammen med vår fantastiske samarbeidspartner Nordic Tropical Resort og dette ble en dag vi aldri kommer til å glemme 💛

Da vi ankom stod 27 barn klare og ventet på oss med smil, latter og forventningsfulle øyne ❤️
Øyeblikk som dette treffer rett i hjertet.

Denne gangen kom vi med biler fulle av både nødvendige varer, pizza og brus 🍕🥤
Takket være støtten fra fantastiske mennesker kunne vi handle inn varer for rundt 100.000 THB (ca. 30.000 NOK).

Vi fylte handlekurver med mat, hygieneartikler, vaskemidler, papirvarer og andre nødvendigheter fra barnehjemmets egen ønskeliste 🙏

Bildene viser bare en liten del av innkjøpene — men for barna betyr dette trygghet, varme måltider og følelsen av at noen bryr seg 💛

For oss i Child Care Thailand er åpenhet utrolig viktig.
