NCASTE was registered in Norway, a non-profit international organization, that supports enterprises and organizations between Norway and China for their bilateral training, academic and policy exchange, technical innovation and cooperation summits, exhibitions, business visits, and match-making events, as well as assists relevant market entry and exploitation, investment, M&A, trade and other bus
iness activities between the two countries. The mission of NCASTE is, by organizing various activities for members and other stakeholders under two countries' legal frameworks, to enhance mutual trust, enrich the network, tap market potential, and promote scientific and technological innovation cooperation, thereby achieving mutual benefit and win-win opportunities. At the same time, NCASTE is also taking the lead in establishing the Norway-China Science and Technology Development Committee(NCSTDC). The aim is to solicit funds from members to encourage and support scientific and technological innovation cooperation between the two countries, especially to support start-ups and students who need financial support, focusing on supporting those pilot projects with huge commercialization potential. Each member of NCASTE has the privilege and opportunity to initiate issues to seek solutions from NCASTE or transfer innovative concepts to seek investors through the NCASTE platform.
