ISSM has introduced a new Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy for Authors and Peer Reviewers, providing guidance for the responsible use of AI in scientific publishing, with a focus on authorship, accountability, disclosure, and confidentiality.

The new policy comes as the Editors-in-Chief of the three ISSM Journals explore the evolving role of AI in publishing in a new Journal of Sexual Medicine editorial, discussing both its opportunities and challenges for research and peer review.
