WE ARE OVERJOYED! 🌟

We are sending a massive, heartfelt thank you to for their incredibly generous support and donations! Because of them, all three of our kindergarten classes have received a gigantic, super beautiful rug AND matching cushions for the ‘calm spaces’. 🧘🏻‍♂️

To say that we, the teachers, and the children are incredibly happy is an understatement—we wouldn’t have dared to dream of this! Everything is so soft, and the quality is absolutely fantastic. 😍✨

🧘‍♂️ More Than Just a Rug...

These rugs have quickly become the heart of our classrooms and play an important role in our holistic education. We are already using them for:

**Morning Circles:** Where we welcome the day, share our feelings, and check the weather before heading out to the farm and gardens. 🌧️🌾
**Collaboration:** Creating a space that fosters interaction, connection, and a true sense of unity.
**Mindfulness:** Serving as the perfect base for our kids’ yoga and meditation exercises.

*Funny story:* When the rugs first arrived, we were a little shocked by how huge they were! 😲 But after some turning, fitting, and measuring, they found their perfect, central place. Bonus: they make the classrooms look so warm and safe!

🤫 Finding Inner Peace

The beautiful cushions are nestled perfectly in our calm spaces. This is where the children can retreat, meditate, relax, draw, or find their inner peace whenever they need a little break.

The kids are already so proud and protective of their new space. In fact, if you even *think* about stepping on the rug with the tip of your shoe, they will kindly point out that it is a “socks-only zone!”Hahaha! 🧦😂

A few weeks ago, we kicked off our English lessons with the little ones, and it’s been such a joy! 🌟 We always start with a song to welcome everyone and get those energy levels up. The kids absolutely love the movement, and it’s amazing to hear them singing along with more and more English words every time. 🎶

Our first big theme? Colors! 🌈 Through books and music, the children learned how to name all the colors of the rainbow. The teachers were so enthusiastic that they’ve been practicing and repeating them every single day!

Last week, we took the classroom outside. The 4-year-olds explored the garden right in front of their classroom, while the 5-year-olds went on a “color hunt” across the orphanage grounds. We found flowers and plants in every shade imaginable! 🌸🌿

Back in class, everyone matched their finds to their worksheets. The day ended with big smiles, warm hugs, and “Bye-bye!” echoing everywhere as they headed “home.” Our hearts are full! ❤️

The whisking has begun! 🧑🏾‍🍳🧁✨🍰

We are beyond thrilled to announce that our volunteering program has officially taken flight! 🚀 Our incredible volunteers have been hosting baking workshops at the orphanage, and the results are... well, delicious. 🍪🔥

Right now, 10 budding pastry chefs are mastering the art of the recipe.👩🏽‍🍳👨🏾‍🍳These aren’t just any workshops; they are a brand-new, “out of the box” adventure for these kids!

So far, the menu has been legendary:

🇦🇷 Alfajores: Melt-in-your-mouth shortbread perfection.

🌀 Pionono: Soft sponge cake rolled with luscious dulce de leche (manjar.

Watching them learn the “full circle” of baking—from kitchen hygiene and precise measuring to that final, creative sprinkle of decoration—has been pure magic.

The best part? Beyond the skills and teamwork, the children’s first instinct was to ensure every single child in the orphanage would get a treat. Our hearts are officially melted. ❤️🩹

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working heart-to-heart with our incredible preschool and first-grade teachers—and the results are absolutely magical! 💥

Our workshops focused on bringing structure and warmth to the classroom through new daily routines. From soulful morning circles and weather check-ins to dedicated spaces for naming and sharing emotions, the transformation is real. The teachers’ motivation is so infectious that most implemented these changes the very next day, and the children are loving every second of it! ✨❤️

The magic doesn’t stop there. Mindfulness has become a daily ritual in many classrooms. Now, whenever the kids see us, they burst into song: “Sa Ta Na Ma!” (The Circle of Life). It is pure joy! ❤️
Cristina has been taking our mindfulness sessions to a whole new level, teaching the children the OM MANI PADME HUM mantra 🎶 alongside calming breathing ball exercises. (Wait until you see the clip of our three-year-olds in action—it’s breathtaking!)

Meanwhile, Leonie has been teaching English to the four and five-year-olds. Now, “Hello!” and “Bye!” echo through every hallway! 😊

This collaboration is nothing short of extraordinary. With everyone so motivated, the classrooms have transformed into calm, focused, and inspired spaces.

We’re also working closely with the orphanage’s psychologists and social workers. They have “support animals” 🐈🐶 in their offices (8th slide) —the perfect icebreakers to help children feel safe, seen, and ready to share.

Mindfulness in action! 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️✨

Cristina just led her first mindfulness classes for preschoolers and first graders, and it was absolutely magical! ❤️🙏🏽 It was a beautiful, wholesome reminder of exactly how Con Pazion began years ago—teaching yoga on that sandy hilltop football field. The setting might have changed, but the love is just as powerful! 🥰

We are now training schoolteachers at an orphanage on how to weave mindfulness and peace into their daily curriculum. The goal? To ensure every single child feels safe, calm, and united. Cristina was so excited to share her practice, and the results were instant! 💥

The power of quiet is truly life-changing. Now that these incredible teachers have the tools, they can transform their classrooms every single day. The kids loved it, we loved it, and our hearts are full! We’re back to our roots and stronger than ever! 🧘🏻‍♀️❤️

We are absolutely thrilled to introduce Cristina Salazar Migone, an incredible powerhouse of talent and heart joining the Con Pazion family!

Cristina is a seasoned Educational Psychologist with over 10 years of dedicated experience in strengthening socio-emotional skills and crafting transformative psychoeducational programs across every level of education. At Con Pazion, she takes on the vital role of Holistic Education Facilitator, where she coaches teachers at the orphanage school to bring out their absolute best!

Cristina doesn’t just teach; she innovates. She is the visionary creator of ‘Psicoart’, a brilliant program that blends psychology, art, and mindfulness to help students master essential soft skills. Her background is a rich tapestry of expertise, including:

We’re back to work after a short holiday break! 🌞In Peru the new school year starts very soon, and we are ready! ❤️
We used the vacation period to prepare us for the school year 2026.

To give you a quick recap: At the end of 2025, we connected with the staff of an orphanage while organizing a Christmas celebration for their kids. The orphanage also has a school with approximately 180 students (from pre-kindergarten through secondary education). The connection that we made was so positive that we were asked to collaborate this year to improve the quality of education at the orphanage’s school. 🙏🏽

We didn’t rush into anything🧘🏻‍♀️; in December, we held our first meeting with the teaching staff to identify the challenges, determine whether we could support them, and identify the team members we needed to meet their needs.

Ultimately, we gave a resounding and enthusiastic yes 👍🏽 and added .psicoart to our team. Many children from the orphanage struggle with social-emotional issues, trauma, and attachment issues due to being abandoned at a young age. And what better way to address these issues than through a holistic approach?💞

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working with the teachers to prepare and plan for the upcoming school year. This has resulted in some fantastic sessions and results, including icebreakers, yoga, and mindfulness activities. We’re really looking forward to the school year and are excited about this new challenge.✨❤️

This year it’ll be again! Let’s go girls!💪🏽

Dear community, we need your help! 🆘 The family of Cristopher, Anthony and Rosa is struggling and need help right now. We found this very vulnerable family 7 years ago in Manchay and have been supporting them all these years. A few weeks ago we received a message from them that they needed help. Anthony had his promotion ceremony this week and will start his first year of secondary school next year. Because of his promotion, the family incurred significant expenses, including renting costumes and shoes for the ceremony. The family normally struggles to make ends meet, but the extra costs have left them unable to pay their rent and their phone has been disconnected.

The children are also afraid that Santa 🎅 will pass their ‘house’ and can’t celebrate Christmas🎄because they have little to no food. Con Pazion hasn’t done any fundraising this year, but now we really need your help! 🙏🏽 If you can give anything, even a small amount, would you please help Anthony, Cristopher, and Rosa so they can hopefully overcome their current debts and have a wonderful Christmas with a decent meal, a paneton, hot chocolate, and maybe a Christmas present? 🎁
