PAID VACANCY: STUDENT RESEARCHER
ISHA is looking for a student researcher to write our annual report on the living experience of international students in Utrecht. Yearly in December and June, we send out a survey under the international students asking how they have experienced living in Utrecht. We are looking for somebody who, for a fixed compensation, can analyze and summarize the results from this survey.
•The assignment•
Specifically, we ask you to analyze the collected research data that is obtained through the surveys of the past years. By doing this, you contribute in bringing the housing needs of the international students in Utrecht to light. Subsequently, we ask you to summarize these results into a report. The report should be finished by the end of August. Once the results have been analyzed and processed into a report, you will present the most important and relevant results to us.
•Your profile•
We are looking for a masters student or somebody with a completed university education (bachelors diploma) with a lot of experience in data processing of quantitative research. In addition, as a junior researcher you have relevant work experience in conducting research for such clients. You are analytically strong and a specialist in the field of both quantitative and qualitative research. You also enjoy making connections between different research results and like the challenge of generating new insights. Interest in the housing problems experienced by international students in Utrecht is a great advantage.
•What we offer•
You will carry out the assignment for an enthusiastic board consisting of four students. The amount of the compensation is determined in consultation depending on your experience and the expected number of hours that you will need.
