Harnessing the power of the youth (ages 15-30) to accomplish the 16th Sustainable Development Goal. We believe we can change this.

Our team, formed by a mix of students and young professionals from all over the world, is a vibrant and passionate group that believes that the youth can and will play an important role in the achievement of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Yet, we also recognize that one of the biggest flaws of most international institutions is their inaccessibility and, that in the past, this has produce

d a lack of youth engagement with international organisations. As future leaders, we have fresh perspectives on how to strengthen these agencies while promoting peace and justice. Therefore, Pax Initiative aims to be the voice of the youth by giving them the chance to get their ideas heard and bringing forth non-Western viewpoints and critiques in order to promote better, more inclusive discussion regarding how to reach Goal 16.
