In “Powering Library Change: What ELAN Teaches Us about Networks, Capacity and Impact,” Andrew Cranfield (EBLIDA), Helene Voldner (Norwegian Library Association) and Jessica Jacobs (Flemish Association for Libraries, Archives and Documentation) will share different perspectives on what the European Library Associations Network (ELAN) can mean for library associations.

From recognising shared challenges and turning policy into advocacy to exchanging expertise and collaborating around common priorities, the session will explore how networks can become a practical force for change.

💬 And there will be time for debate, we look forward to hearing perspectives from colleagues around the world!
