Ratio Club

The Ratio Club discusses relevant issues in artificial intelligence and ethics in the prospect of philosophy and power.

The Ratio Club consisted of cyberneticists, mathematicians, and engineers of the day who met regularly between the years 1949 and 1958. In 2017 the society was re-founded by a prominent cyberneticist and academic ancestor of Norbert Wiener. Its purpose is to set the framework for discussion of relevant issues in artificial intelligence and ethics at this point in the evolution of robotics, control, law, and regulation.
