The SHRM is a combination of the respected journal Security and Human Rights (founded in 1990 and formerly known as Helsinki Monitor) and the former blog which was attached to the journal. The SHRM is administered under the auspices of the Netherlands Helsinki Committee (NHC), thanks to the generous support of donors. Contents
