Samen bouwen aan een kindvriendelijk Bonaire 🌴✨
We zijn op Bonaire gestart met het Child Friendly Cities Initiative! 🎉
Tijdens een interactieve werksessie brachten we samen met 15 organisaties uit de jeugdketen in kaart waar Bonaire nu staat op het gebied van kindvriendelijk beleid 🤝📍
Kinderrechten vormen de basis 🌱
Ze geven kinderen de ruimte om gezond en veilig op te groeien. Ouders en verzorgers spelen hierin de belangrijkste rol 💛 en de overheid ondersteunt en faciliteert waar nodig 🏡
Een mooie stap vooruit richting een Bonaire waar elk kind zich gezien en gesteund voelt ✨

Building a child-friendly Bonaire together 🌴✨
We’ve started the Child Friendly Cities Initiative on Bonaire! 🎉
During an interactive workshop, we joined forces with 15 organizations from the youth sector to assess where Bonaire currently stands in terms of child-friendly policies 🤝📍
Children’s rights form the foundation 🌱
They create the conditions for children to grow up healthy and safe. Parents and caregivers play the most important role 💛, while the government supports and facilitates where needed 🏡
A great first step towards a Bonaire where every child feels seen and supported ✨

🌟TeamUp on Aruba 🌟
We had an inspiring visit to Aruba and are so proud of the amazing work by Bureau Traimerdia Aruba en CEDE ARUBA WAW mobile💙 on their TeamUp journey. With support from management next steps are being taken!

All facilitators trained in October last year have now started leading sessions themselves, with guidance from two dedicated mentors🙌 What a beautiful step forward!

Your commitment to creating safe, supportive spaces for children truly makes a difference💥
Keep up the fantastic work - we see you, we appreciate you, and we are cheering you on every step of the way!👏🍿

We hebben een inspirerend bezoek aan Aruba gebracht en zijn enorm trots op het fantastische werk van Bureau Traimerdia Aruba en CEDE ARUBA WAW mobile💙 tijdens hun TeamUp-traject. Met de steun van het management worden de volgende stappen gezet!

Alle begeleiders die in oktober vorig jaar zijn opgeleid, zijn nu zelf sessies gaan leiden, onder begeleiding van twee toegewijde mentoren🙌 Wat een prachtige stap voorwaarts!

Jullie inzet om veilige en ondersteunende omgevingen voor kinderen te creëren, maakt echt een verschil💥

Parents, did you know that involving your children in hurricane preparations can make them feel more secure and responsible? 🛠️

Here’s how you can involve them:

*Talk About It: Explain what hurricane season is and why❓ it's important to prepare.
*Shopping Together: Let them help you pick out hurricane supplies at the store.🫘🥛
*Home Preparations: Work together to bring plants inside🪴 and secure outdoor items.
*Emergency Plan: Discuss what to do in case of an emergency and make sure they know the plan🚸.

By involving your children, you’re not only preparing your home🏠 but also empowering them with a sense of responsibility and engagement. Let’s make this a family effort! 😊💪

Ouders, wisten jullie dat het betrekken van je kinderen bij de voorbereidingen voor een orkaan hen een veiliger en verantwoordelijker gevoel kan geven? 🛠️

Zo kun je ze betrekken:

* Praat erover: Leg uit wat het orkaanseizoen is en waarom❓ het belangrijk is om je voor te bereiden.
* Samen Winkelen: Laat ze helpen met het uitzoeken van spullen in de winkel🥛🫘.
* Huis Voorbereiden: Werk samen om planten naar binnen te halen🪴 en buitenspullen vast te zetten.
* Noodplan: Bespreek wat te doen in geval van nood en zorg dat ze het plan kennen.🚸

Door je kinderen te betrekken, bereid je niet alleen je huis 🏠voor, maar geef je ze ook een gevoel van verantwoordelijkheid en betrokkenheid. Laten we er een gezinsaangelegenheid van maken! 💪😊

Tijdens de Child Safeguarding Training voor TeamUp facilitators hebben we samen met het team van Jong Bonaire op een speelse en interactieve manier gekeken naar risico’s voor jongeren 😎🤝
Maar vooral: hoe handelen we veilig en zorgvuldig als organisatie?
Zo creëren we samen een plek waar alle jongeren zich veilig voelen en zorgeloos kind kunnen zijn 💙

Hinka piedritas den laman, hala un suku, keda huntu un ratu… no ta kustá nada, solamente un tiki tempu. Pero ta un momentu di bèrdat di konekshon 🤍. Bai playa e wikènt ku bo famia i purba’e tambe! 🏖️
