Eva-Maria Westbroek received rave reviews for her performance as Sieglinde in Richard Wagners’s Die Walkure at the Metropolitan Opera in New York. She will present together with her father, geologist Peter Westbroek. d activist, storyteller and chef will speak about food in addition to preparing lunch for some 200 guests, speakers and volunteers. Kathy will use locally and organically grown food as much as possible, donated by various sponsors. She will be assisted by a team of volunteers who all love to prepare food. The simulcast from Edinburgh features historian Niall Ferguson, comedian Robin Ince, sand artist Joe Castello underworld investigator Misha Glenny and many more.
