We are The Umbrella of Hope Foundation, an international organization based in The Hague Netherlands and working in rural and remote villages in Uganda.

Since 2007, we have been working to structurally improve and increase access to basic social and economic services for people in marginalized communities. We focus our efforts and resources on youth, women and children in Uganda, and refugees and migrants in the Netherlands. Our focus areas in Uganda are; Health(Reproductive Health and Maternal Health), Education(Pre-school, primary and vocational

education), and Livelihoods(skills training). In the Netherlands, we focus on emancipation and integration of migrant women in The cities of The Netherlands.

At St. Michael Kindergarten, some learners were being taught how to pray as part of their spiritual development. The session aimed to help the children understand the importance of prayer and how to communicate with God in a simple and meaningful way.

St. Michael Kindergarten, a project of the Umbrella of Hope Foundation, is actively identifying children who lack scholastic materials and school fees to ensure they receive quality early childhood education.
