Seerat-e-Zehra’s journey from a TCF classroom in New Jatoi to studying nursing at Bahria University shows what access to education can make possible for a girl.

With her family’s support and her teachers’ encouragement, she is building a future where she hopes to care for her community and inspire more girls to stay in school.

The change we see in TCF classrooms carries into homes and communities. It is felt when a child gains the confidence to speak up, when a graduate takes a path their family once thought was out of reach, and when an adult learns to read with independence.

This year’s figures reflect the scale of that impact. Behind them are years of teaching, learning, and persistence. We're grateful to everyone who has stood with us, because these numbers are your impact too. Together, we'll keep the movement going because change begins with education.

Literacy creates possibilities that extend far beyond the classroom. It empowers people, encourages responsibility towards our planet, and opens pathways to greater opportunity.

This International Literacy Day, we celebrate the power of learning to shape stronger individuals, communities and brighter futures.
