Sustainable expatriation - a call for equality of corporate expat spouses

As an expert in expat spouse support, who lived in Russia, Italy, Pakistan and Sweden, I am helping corporations to understand the benefits of sustainable expatriation through re-thinking their current policies. While studying Diversity, CSR, Business Responsibilities for Human Rights and IHRM in MNCs, I tapped into the social innovation that I am preparing to share with the world.

I am fortune to meet brilliant, women with big hearts, who are leading the change and supporting my new start-up and giving me courage.

As a part of my solution, I support expat spouses and their families to maintain balance and manage stress in cross-cultural transition successfully. I teach them resilience and how to recreate their careers, giving them practical tools and skills for the professional realisation and happy repatriation. I also help them to believe they have a right for innovation and a bright career restart as entrepreneurs.
