PortXL is an acceleration program for port related start-ups located in the world's smartest port - the Port of Rotterdam. And the smartest port in the world.

PortXL is a start-up acceleration program for port innovators located in the world's smartest maritime cluster. Ten exclusively selected start-ups will be accelerated during an intensive 100-day mentorship driven program located in the city of Rotterdam. trepreneurial journey. On Demo Day the teams will pitch their business ideas to an audience of launching customers, business angels, venture capitalists, multinationals, journalists and sponsors. The Port of Rotterdam is by far Europe’s largest port. Its second to none network, logistics and other facilities connect businesses to the world’s markets - from Singapore and Shanghai to New York, Los Angeles, Athens and Munich.
