Dear General Members,

The 22nd Board of CSA would like to invite you to the Transition General Members Assembly (GMA). A GMA is a formal gathering where members review updates, share feedback, and make decisions shaping the association’s future. 

We, as Board, value transparency and the voice of our members. Therefore, we would like to give you the opportunity to discuss and vote on the future of our association.

During the GMA, the 22nd Board will give a recap of the year, stating the achievements the association has achieved. Afterwards, new proposals from the 22nd and 23rd Board will be voted on. Furthermore, the 23rd Board will be introduced, with each individual member announcing their policy plan. To conclude, the old Board, Council and Audit will step down and the new ones will be inaugurated.

You can find the agenda of the upcoming GMA and the minutes of the previous GMA below. Comments, questions, and/or feedback regarding the agenda or minutes can be sent to [email protected]. Those who have other questions or proposed points of discussion for the upcoming GMA are free to send an email as well.

Please note that a CSA Rotterdam General Membership card is needed to attend the GMA.
