🇪🇪 Artmonia Foundation was in Estonia!
Our youth worker Shiven Chaudhary represented Artmonia Foundation in the Erasmus+ Training Course:
“No Walls Between Politics”📍 Tammispea, Estonia📅 23.05.2026 – 30.05.2026📌 Project Code: 2025-1-EE01-KA151-YOU-000302865
The project brought together youth workers from different countries to explore political participation, intercultural dialogue, communication, democracy, and active citizenship through interactive methods, simulations, and non-formal education activities.
Through workshops, discussions, and collaborative learning experiences, participants reflected on how to create more inclusive, engaging, and participatory spaces for young people.
✨ Reflection from Shiven:
Taking part in the Erasmus+ project No Walls Between Politics in Tammispea, Estonia, was an amazing experience for me. As an 18-year-old student, this was my first Erasmus+ project, and I was both excited and a little nervous at the beginning. During the week, I had the opportunity to represent the Netherlands and meet people from many different countries.
Throughout the project, I learned a lot about international and European politics. Before coming to Estonia, I had some knowledge about politics, but the workshops, discussions, and activities helped me understand much more about how political decisions are made and how they affect our daily lives. It was also interesting to hear different opinions and learn how people from other countries view political issues.
What I enjoyed most was the cultural exchange. Talking with participants from different backgrounds showed me how diverse Europe is and how important it is to listen to and learn from each other. The project also helped me become more confident when speaking English and sharing my ideas in front of others.
This experience taught me not only about politics but also about teamwork, communication, and personal growth. I returned home with new knowledge, new friendships, and a broader perspective on Europe and the world. I am very grateful for this opportunity and hope to join more Erasmus+ projects in the future.
