Standing before the Lord in the place of prayer and intercession, Irene Agbana received this scripture from the Lord as a mandate to gather women from various cultures, background, social inclination ,denomination etc to a place of prayer and intercession. The specific mandate was that they travail in the place of prayer until they prevail over every attack and onslaught of the enemy

against their children, family, and fulfilment of their prophetic purpose and destiny in God. In total obedience to God, Irene started the bi-annual Women Arise Meeting in the Netherlands.
