Our vision is a sport where no rider has to endure ethical issues, through meaningful, systemic change. But when situations do arise, no rider should have to face them alone.

Our Ethics Officer provides confidential advice and support, whether you’re unsure if a situation should be reported, don’t know where to start, or need guidance through processes such as arbitration📄

We are here to ensure riders are supported, informed, and never navigate these challenges on their own 💪

The Cyclists’ Alliance has officially published our response to the UCI consultation, sharing a clear, rider-led vision for a stronger, more sustainable future for women’s cycling.

The submission, developed in close collaboration with the Rider Council, rider members, and partners at , and backed by over 200 cosignatories, this letter reflects the real experiences of riders and the changes needed to keep the sport moving forward.
