All parents/guardians of current students at UWCM are automatically ordinary members of the PA.

All parents/guardians of students at UWCM are automatically ordinary members of the PA (Parent Association). The members have the right to elect representatives who will serve on the Board of the PA. Membership in the PA will end once the child of the parent/guardian has left the school, or at the personal wish of the parent/guardian.

Hope to see you all in UWCM Playground after school to celebrate the return of Spring!

We have planned lots of fun games and crafts for children along with a bouncy castle!!

That is not all, there will be a food truck selling Poffertjes, Waffles and Ice cream. Stalls to buy hot dogs, baked goods and drinks.

THANKSGIVING, A Time of Gratitude - initiative by the Parent Association

Next week is THANKSGIVING WEEK, an ideal time to nourish gratitude within ourselves.
The gratitude emotion is known to lift spirits and contribute to overall happiness. Something we can all use in these dark times.

The UWCM Parent Association is taking the opportunity of Thanksgiving to invite all students to introduce (more) gratitude into their life.
On Monday during the lunch break, we will hand out free notebooks to our students (Y3-Y13) to kick start their daily gratitude practice. We will also have THANK YOU cards available that students can hand over to someone they´re grateful for on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday 23-Nov-23.

For KG and Y1-Y2 students, we invite teachers and parents to introduce this practice to their children; let them draw or chat about what they're grateful for, or draw a thank you card for a friend.

And, why not try out this beautiful practice yourself and see what happens …

*REMINDER*
KISS & RIDE

The 2 Kiss & Ride zones at school are just for that: kiss & ride.
Only students should get out of the car in these zones, PARENTS PLEASE DO NOT get out of your car in this area. If you do, you are stopping the flow of traffic, causing massive queues to build up.

If you like to get out of your car to kiss or wave your child goodbye, or if they need any assistance from you, please do not use the kiss & ride area, but go park in the parking lot.
