rghmans, was invited to play for the Long Island Sundevils in the MABL/MSBL World Series. Here he connected with the president of the league, Steve Sigler, who invited him back for the next year. Instead Mitchell Berghmans initiated the idea to involve his family and become a foundation that will participate in the MABL/MSBL World Series every other year. Ever since 2010 the foundation has been very successful and expanding its network from the Netherlands and Belgium all over the world up to the point they had 12 different nationalities in the same team.
