Walk through its historic city centre and narrow streets, experience the authentic vibe of Slovenian Istria, and explore the Strunjan Landscape Park, its unique habitats and traditional salt pans, including a visit to its Slovenia Green awarded Visitor Centre.

🍷 Continue to Marezige, the proud home of the first w**e fountain in Slovenia, where you will taste superb local w**es before enjoying lunch in a nearby local restaurant.

🐎 The afternoon is dedicated to Lipica, the historic cradle of the Lipizzaner horses, where you will enjoy an overnight stay in a certified Slovenia Green hotel. The following morning, enjoy breakfast before visiting the historic Lipica Stud Farm to learn about the rich heritage of the famous white Lipizzaner breed.

🏞️ Explore the breathtaking Škocjan Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and one of the world’s most impressive and monumental karst phenomena.

At , join a scenic train journey from Kranj to Žirovnica and Radovljica, two small and charming Slovenia Green Silver destinations where cultural heritage and sustainable gastronomy come together.

🚂 The morning begins in Žirovnica, with a visit to the Žirovnica Cultural Heritage Route, Slovenia’s first and oldest thematic route. Discover the historic charm of Matija Čop’s birth house and learn the story behind the newly built Trivrh Hotel.

🍫 From there, continue to Radovljica, known as an “Honestly Sweet” destination. Discover the secret corners of this historical town on a guided tour and explore its innovative gastronomic experiences, which focus on connecting local businesses and strengthening the regional supply chain.
